before i knew i was a system, knew what a headspace was, i had this Universe in my head. middle school i think, and my first therapist had asked me to make a happy place and i told her i already had one. This Universe had people in it, i was attached to three specifically, and i used to self-harm by making them go away, and /I would cry for hours. I could not bear to be apart from these people in my head./
